TASK : Broker sponsorship deal between International Management group (IMG ) and Vincent Longo Cosmetics  into Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim. Design and execute integration for several fashion shows. Document the experience using various multimedia tools.

- Strengthen the Vincent Longo Cosmetics brand through participation in landmark fashion event.

- Establish luxury retailer buyer leads through Mercedes Benz Fashion Week sponsorship.

- Visually document the experience through photography/video.



  • Designed and secured global experiential event for key executives and high profile guests.

  • Recruited qualified Vincent Longo makeup artists for all sponsored shows.

  • Assisted with all aspects of the integrations into MBFWS sponsored shows.

  • Documented the live event integration via the use of social media, photography and video mediums.

  • Brokered sponsorship deal between Vincent Longo Cosmetics and IMG/Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim.

  • Produced documentary video series featuring sponsored designers showcasing the sponsorship collaboration.

  • Designed and integrated cross-promotional hospitality co-sponsor lounges: Mercedes Benz, American Express, Pandora.

  • Executive produced video-documentary interviews for the following luxury swimwear brands’ head designers: Suboo, 6 Shore Road, Gottex, Wildfox Swim, We are Handsome.

  • Created and executed social media campaigns (paid and not-paid) to increase social media following.

  • Assist and escort key Vincent Longo Cosmetics executive members throughout their entire event stay off-site activities, arrange/cover special requests.
